Who are you?
Hi I’m Jackie. Semi-retired, I stepped into this role to assist and support the Company Director with the day-to-day administration work and invoicing.
Prior to this I worked for Nationwide for 24 years, dealing with Mortgage and Insurance queries/Complaints on an administration team. Over the years I also worked on the Call Centre as a Senior complaint handler and dealt with ‘New mortgage’ processing applications. I joined the ‘Member Service’ department dealing with all complaints before they went to the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS). Whilst in this department I also took on new roles, including allowing and managing over 700 colleagues access to new systems on and off site & also being the departments Health and Safety, Data Protection/Information Security and Money Laundering Officer. This job was challenging at times but very interesting as each day was different.

What do you do outside of work?
In my spare time I like to walk, read & bake cakes for the family. I enjoy spending time & socialising with family and friends. I have a keen interest in Crafts and love to get out in the garden when the weather permits.
